Dear Customer,

You asked and we listened! Starting now, you can pay online, and manage your account. You can even set your account to automatically deduct from your Checking Account (ACH), Debit Card or Credit Card. You are now in full control of updating your payment methods and choosing what type of discount you want to receive for long-term renatls. Please log on to your account by clicking the button above that says "Make A Payment/Login" When you do this for the first time, you must then click "Sign Up" near the bottom. The first time you sign in, you will need your account number (if you dont have yours just let us know) and your unit number. You will then create your own username and password (at least 6 characters). We would also like to update our system with your email so we can send you documents fast and easy. Please email, call, or text us with your email address so we may better serve you! We know that many of you still wish to pay by cash, check or Money Order. If you wish to continue paying in person or calling and paying over the phone you may continue to do so. We have a drop box on the door to the office that you may still place payments in as well.
