What sort of items are not authorized for storage in your storage facility?
A: Fireworks, propane canisters, commercial fire extinguishers, any flammable liquid or gas, anything illegal. Contact the home office for complete detailed list.
What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) Cash, Check and Money Order. You can even set your account up on automatic payments with a debit or credit card!
Who has access to my unit?
A: Only people you give a key to.
When can I access my unit?
A: Regular units: 24/7. Temperature controlled units: only during daylight hours.
Where on Russellville Rd. are you located?
A: From Bowling Green, we are 1 mile West of William H. Natcher Pkwy on the left. Coming from Rockfield, 2 miles on the right and before William H Natcher Pkwy overpass.
What happens if I need more or less space after I move in?
A: A representative will be happy to assist you in either transferring to a larger or smaller unit as your needs dictate.
Do I need an appointment to view your facility or various storage units?
A: No, but it is highly recommended. Call 270-991-7300 for availability.
Is there a security deposit for my unit, and how do I get it back?
A: Yes, a small security deposit is required and it is fully refundable upon a clean move-out.
Do you have locks available?
A: We offer the type of locks recommended for storage units. It has a hidden-shank lock. They are $10.00 and are yours to keep. A large discount retailer in town sells them for $11.97. Take advantage of our move-in special and get one for free!
What are your hours of operation?
A: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-4:00PM, Sat 8:30-12:00 Sun Closed. We usually take a lunch break between 12:00-1:00.
